The houses

Country Chic House consists of three mini-houses of various sizes. The structure is set up as a small and elegant farmhouse, surrounded by the green and at a short distance from the sea (about 3 km) and to golf course. The houses are surrounded by over two acres of park and are completely independent.

We provide Casale Benedetto (64 sq.meters), Casale Suite Giovannino (40 sq.meters) and Casale Policarpo (50 sq.meters). All the farmhouses are dog friendly and have a garden or portion of an enclosed garden. The structures are of new construction (May 2013), they are equipped with every comfort, designed and built to be completely self-sufficient in terms of energy (solar thermal and photovoltaic panels). They are perfect either for long periods of time or for weekends, by the sea, the countryside and traditional food and wine tasting. Located in the beautiful Etruscan Maremma, in an ideal location to reach in a short time the main tourist attractions and monuments of Lazio and Tuscany.
