Terms and rates

For long term reservations (longer than 15 days between the booking and the start of the holiday), you are required a deposit / down payment equivalent to 30% of the cost of the stay.

This deposit, in case of late cancellation (two days before arrival) or no show, will be retained in its entirety.

For weekly renting, towel change takes place at mid-week and does not involve any additional expense.

There is no room cleaning service or fresh towels / sheets for stays less than 3 nights. . The products for breakfast are available only when expressly requested and anyway limited to stays of 2 /3 nights. *

On request it is possible to stay for longer periods. In that case, special offers are provided. . Please refer to contact for more information and details of the packages.

* For long weekends / holidays (Christmas , Easter , New Year, etc. ) apply high season rates.
